Can anyone help us with a legal question?

I was caretaker and power of attorney for financial only of my cousin for the last 20 yrs She has MS and was just recently placed in ICU in the hosp Since this has happened her kids have came in from out of state Ca and Washington states Which we live in Michigan...Since she has only medicaid We sometimes have a copay for medical....She had a trachea and a feeding tube put in Which she didnt want Her kids had that done We figure without her consent...Anyway Do I have to be responsible for any co pay amts? Also if they move her to California Does she have the right to transfer her Medicaid? As we arent sure....If anyone can answer some questions Please do As we dont really know all the answers right now...
