Hiv test at months can be conclusive?

hi can any one tell me whether HIV test at month is accurate.. I took the test in freedom foundation (108 days) is this accurate.... because am under weight.... I think i may have diabetics... that can compramise my immune system.... my risk was hand job from prostitute... some says months ... plz help me
