Is this brotherly love?

OK, so my brother and i are really close, we've been best friends for well as long as I've been old enough to speak.. anyway, now that I'm 15 ( he's 2 years older than i am) every time we hang out he always ends up with his arms around me or his hands grazing my .. i used to just dismiss it but the other day he actually pinched my , is this normal behavior for a brother? I'm going to confront him regardless because it makes me uncomfortable but i guess i just need help on how to handle this..
