General hospital huge recap!!!?

I havent seen Gh in so long but want to get back into it..i would like to know what i have missed in the last few years...the most important thing i last saw was the fire at the hotel..then courtney and nikolas were getting together...jason and sam(maybe her name was she had a baby with sonny but it died) georgie and dylan were in love and sonnys kids were kidnapped...anything that could help with everyone...some people i didnt metion that i would like to know about are carly, luke, emily, elizabeth, lucky, ric, ned, alexis, lorenzo alcazar, ummm and thats pretty much all i could think about but the storylines i missed and that are going on now so i dont start watching it and it be so confusing thanks!!
