Ideas for a 5 year old's party?

I have twins that are 5 one boy one girl so it suits both and they love the game were you use put a tie or scarf and put it down the top part of the trousers so it hangs like a tail of what ever animal they want to be and the others have to pull it out . who ever gets the tail is then the animal. Then there is always musical bumps were they all dance and when the music is of they have to sit down on the floor who ever is left standing when the music is off is out
