I wud like to learn a new language in the hope of landing at a maritime law consultancy job.German or French?

I am currently taking a postgraduate degree in Maritime Law (major) and Corporate and Business Transactions (minor) in the Netherlands. I am thinking of learning the Dutch language. However, I have checked the vacancies in maritime law jobs and most of the results are in Hamburg. Also, French is the language in commercial arbitration. So I am now confused on whether to take language courses in Dutch, German or French.
