Should I be worried that a huge pink worm magically appeared in my salt water aquarium after 5 years?

I will guess that it's a parasite that has come out of one of your fish, possibly the snail. It is up to you but I doubt he's harmful and a bottom feeder. However, if you want to get rid of him, put him in the freezer....
