Huge lumps inside my nose causing breathing difficulty!?

about a year ago i started to notice two huge lumps inside my nose, i ignored it as it wasnt really causing me any problems but now i can feel some slight difficulty breathing... the lumps are huge and almost blocking each nostril fully. im a bit worried about going to the doctors incase they say im a time waster, as i dont really know if this is normal or not. please help!
