Movie Help: Asian Movie from the 80's: 3 Brothers?

Okay, so when I was younger my mom came across a funny movie with English subtitles about three Chinese brothers. It is similar to 3 Ninja's. I vaguely remember a couple of scenes but all I know is it was funny. The have a funny song they do, I think it says pancake in it. The go to McDonald's. I think they are in Chinese Garb in America. I wish I remembered more. Someone please help.
