Help on new haircut please?

I would like to get Alexa Chung's hair style but have no idea what to ask for.. Is it just a bob? I feel pretty silly having to yahoo answer it but my history with haircuts has never been too great as i have never explained what i've wanted in the past correctly. So please anyone, your help would be great!
