I am 10 days late for my period and I i am having cramps....?

I took a HTP today first thing in the morn. and waited 3-5 min. and nothing happened. I put the test in the trash and two hours late I wanted to see if there was any change and when I did it was -. But I still have no period and the cramps are crazy. I also have been feeling a little more hungry than normal. I am going to the Doctor tomorrow too.
